Having a steady flow of capital from private lenders allows us to purchase property faster than our competition, which means we get great deals and simultaneously avoid expensive bank closing costs. We pass this savings on to our private lenders by giving them a return that far exceeds anything they'll earn with a savings account or bank certificate of deposit (CD).

Who makes up Compass Investments LLC?

Compass Investments LLC was founded by Vince Hausmann.

Vince Hausmann had a passion for business since childhood and started gravitating toward real estate as an early teenager. In high school Vince met a real estate broker who gave him focus and started him on a path of real estate education. Upon graduating high school at the top of his class he gave up a full medical school scholarship and switched his major to business. During his second college semester he started a real estate holding company, Hausmann Homes LLC. Vince ended up buying his first property just after turning 19 and bought 8 more houses before graduating college from Indiana University double majoring in Accounting and Business Administration.

As Hausmann Homes continued to grow, the economy continued to change. Vince knew it was time to move in a different direction. Hausmann Homes LLC was fulfilling its purpose, but a new structure was needed so that more services could be provided to more people. The result was Compass Investments LLC.

After months of education, research, and legal work Vince Hausmann is now very proud to offer the services of Compass Investments LLC!
